Scout Program Request Form | Oakbrook Terrace Park District

Thank you for your interest in having a Scout program at the Lake View Nature Center. We ask that you complete this form to begin the reservation process. Please note that all requests must be submitted at least three weeks prior to requested program and this request does not guarantee availability. Once we have received your request, we will contact you to confirm or discuss your program. Please allow three to five business days for a response.
