The Mario Parente Theater is a 130-seat theater featuring a full-size stage that can accommodate any number of events. The theater has been rented out and used for concerts, shows and performances, and plays. A 17-foot screen and LCD projector can also be set up on the stage to show movies or multimedia presentations. Sound is provided via a state-of-the-art Bose sound system controlled from the projection booth.
The theater is located on the top floor of the Heritage Center but is handicapped accessible via an elevator. Loading into the theater is easy thanks to elevated landscaping that brings a ramp and stairs right up to the back door of the stage.
With seating for up to 130 people, the Mario Parente Theater is the perfect place to host a presentation, reading, or small production!

- Please note, the Park District does not provide staff to operate sound and lighting.
