Park Board

The Oakbrook Terrace Park District Board of Commissioners consists of five individuals who are elected by the community to represent the community's best interests. The charge of the Board is to set policies that will guide the Park District. Board members serve a six-year term and receive no compensation for the time they give. They come from a variety of backgrounds but share one important trait, a commitment to serving the park and recreational needs of the community.

Board Meetings, Minutes and Agendas

 
In accordance with the Illinois Open Meetings Act, “5 ILCS 120/11,” public notice is hereby given that unless otherwise noted, the Regular Meetings of the Board of Commissioners of the Oakbrook Terrace Park District shall be held on the forth Tuesday of the month. Changes are noted with an asterisk (*). These meetings will be held at the Heritage Center, 1 S 325 Ardmore Ave, Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois and shall begin at 7 p.m. The public is encouraged to join the board and administration at these meetings.

Members of the Board of Commissioners of the Oakbrook Terrace Park District will conduct a Public Hearing on Ordinance 24-521, FY 2024-25 Budget and Appropriations Ordinance, during the regular board meeting at 7:00pm.
