Notice is hereby given that the Oakbrook Terrace Park District is requesting proposals for the Universal Surveillance & Security System Project. Specifications and proposal documents may be obtained at Heritage Center, 1S325 Ardmore Ave, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181 or online at https://obtpd.org. Proposals must submitted via email with the subject line “Request for Proposal: Universal Surveillance & Security System” to shannon@obtpd.org no later than 12:00pm (noon) on May 11, 2026, at which time proposals will be publicly opened. The proposal opening will take place at the Heritage Center.
Proposal selection is scheduled to occur at the May 20, 2026 meeting of the Board of Park Commissioners. The Oakbrook Terrace Park District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities or technicalities, or to reject any non-responsive vendor in the interest of the Oakbrook Terrace Park District.

Due to the level of interest in this project, the Park District will be offering two site visit options. Both sessions will cover the same information to provide flexibility for interested contractors.
The site visits are scheduled for:
• Thursday, April 23rd at 11:00am
• Wednesday, April 29th at 1:00pm
Each visit will begin at the Heritage Center (1S325 Ardmore Ave., Oakbrook Terrace), followed by stops at the Nature Center/Maintenance Garage (17W063 Hodges Rd., Oakbrook Terrace) and the Fitness Center (1 Parkview Plaza, Oakbrook Terrace). All locations are within a two-mile radius.
