The Oakbrook Terrace Park District is pleased to announce its Animal Care Assistant Mentoring Program (ACAMP) was selected as the winner of the 2026 Illinois Park and Recreation Association (IPRA) Outstanding Program Award (Division I). The Park District’s award was recently announced at the Illinois Association of Park Districts (IAPD)/IPRA Annual Conference in Chicago.
Get ready for a summer of fun! We have a variety of summer camps designed to offer something for everyone! From our popular Rising Star and Super Star Camps to our Camp Shorts and Nature Mini Camps, kids will find a way to grow, explore, engage, and play!
NEW this summer is our Straight Shooter Archery Mini Camp at the Nature Center! Children ages 8-12 can learn from certified instructors how to properly handle, care for, and shoot a recurve bow.

Pickleball is FREE for Fitness Center Members! Non-members can play for $5 for up to two hours of play.
