Yoga is an ancient practice that requires little or no equipment and soothes your soul while toning your body. Gentle Yoga is for everyone seeking to improve their mental fitness, breathing and flexibility.

Morning Yoga with Sudha

What a great way to start your day! Sudha invites all beginners 50 years and older to participate in a yoga program that will improve flexibility, strengthen the mind's ability to focus and an increase your overall sense of well-being.
