Monday 5:30-6:30pm Gentle Yoga Yoga the gentle yet effective way.
 
Tuesday 6:05 – 6:55am Boot Camp A combo class- Cardio, strength training, and motivation. (For any fitness level).
  4:45-5:45pm Hatha Yoga Hatha yoga can teach you to revitalize the mind, body, stress.
 
Wednesday 10:00 -10:45am 50 & Older Band Together For the mature adult that is looking to strengthen their body and build endurance.
  12:00-1:00pm Hatha Yoga Hatha yoga can teach you to revitalize the mind, body, stress.
  6:00-7:00pm Hatha Yoga Hatha yoga can teach you to revitalize the mind, body, stress.
  7:30-8:30pm Body B-Energized This class turns it up a notch for yoga enthusiasts.
 
Thursday 6:05 – 6:55am Boot Camp A combo class- Cardio, strength training, and motivation. (For any fitness level).
 
Friday 10:30-11:30am Zumba Gold Age 50 and up can dance to various continental dances as you have tons of fun.

All classes are subject to change. All include an additional program fee.

Single per class fee of $15 when program allows and pending program is in session
