Adult Karate

Welcome to OBT Tang Soo Do where future Black Belt leaders are born. Black Belt Instructors; Mr. Brian Ciardullo and Mr. Jacques Abramski, in cooperation with Eagle Academy of Martial Arts, have a combined 40 years to create a safe, fun and enriching experience for students of all ages. Participants will learn the dynamic punches and kicks of the Korean art of Tang Soo Do , along with the practical self defense applications of Hapkido. Classes are designed to instill confidence, promote self-discipline and improve physical fitness and concentration of students at any ability level. Uniforms and belt ranking are optional.

Adult Martial Arts

This martial art class is instructed by Grand Master Dong Jin Kim 9th Dan Black Belt, Former Korean Army and Police Instructor, American C . I . D . Instructor, Internationally Recognized for Excellence in the Martial Arts and Master Instructor Level Training. This program combines traditional martial arts knowledge and techniques with modern practical emphasis. Students progress and thrive at their own pace in a supportive, encouraging atmosphere. Our hands-on instruction and investment in the student draws the best out of everyone. It is our goal to make your experience rewarding, challenging and enjoyable. Whether you are a beginner or have experience, this class has something to offer you!

Want to be a yummy mummy? Don't let pregnancy or a new baby keep you from taking care of your own health . Bring your belly or your baby to this low impact fitness class that integrates many of your pre-pregnancy fitness faves . Exercise helps create better birth outcomes, has positive effects on babies in-utero and helps with healthy weight gain and loss .
