PARK & FACILITY/ROOM
RENTAL INFORMATION
(New Rental Policies
are effective for rentals occurring on or after September 15, 2007)
POLICIES & PROCEDURES:
• Park rentals require a permit and
are available only Memorial through Labor Day, from sunrise to 10pm.
Applications for park rental permits can be made beginning January 2
for the current calendar year.
• Room rentals are available during
the school year on a first-come, first-served basis from 9am – 10pm.
• All rentals must be booked at least
2 weeks prior to the desired rental date.
• All rentals REQUIRE:
•
A deposit of 50% of your total rental fee at time of booking to hold
rental date.
•
The final balance to be paid in full two weeks prior to rental date.
If the full balance has not been received by then,
your rental date will automatically be released.
• Once final payment is received,
you will be issued a contract/permit to carry with you on the day of
your rental.
• NO alcohol is allowed for any park
or facility rentals and NO smoking is allowed inside any park district
facility.
• For park rentals of 100 or more people,
the park district will provide a mandatory rental
supervisor for the first two hours of your rental for an additional
fee of $10/hour.
• Additional equipment is available
for rentals, such as tables, chairs, tents and a water hook up, etc.
for additional fees.
PARK RENTALS
Heritage Center Park, 1s325 Ardmore
Avenue, Oakbrook Terrace
Site is limited to 400 people and has
actual seating for 50. A ball field, sand volleyball pit,playground, small pavilion, barbecue
grill, and outside restrooms are available. Heritage Park is only available
for rental on Sundays.
Dorothy Drennon Park, Nimitz &
Eisenhower Roads, Oakbrook Terrace
Site is limited to 40 people and has
actual seating for 35. A barbecue grill, sand volleyball pit, playground,
and outdoor restrooms are available. There is NO parking available.
Terrace View Park, 1 Parkview
Plaza, Oakbrook Terrace
Site is limited to 1,000 people with
actual seating for 150. Two barbecue grills, a pavilion,playground, lake, and outdoor restrooms
are available. Paddleboats are available for anadditional fee of $60 per 3 hours.

Resident fees $200 per day

FACILITY/ROOM RENTALS:
Splash Pad at Heritage Park, 1S325
Ardmore Ave., Oakbrook Terrace
The Splash Pad is only open during the
summer months and is available for private rentals. The Splash Pad has
six above ground spray features and eight in ground nozzles that spray
water in various capacities. Please call the Heritage Center at 630-627-6100
for availability and pricing.

Gymnasium: The Fitness Center gymnasium is only available for rental
on dates when
there are no park district programs occurring. Please call the Fitness
Center for availability, pricing and to book a gymnasium rental.
Heritage Center, 1s325 Ardmore

Meeting Room (main level): The Heritage Center has one meeting room
available. It will seat a maximum of 25 people. The meeting
room is not available for rental during the summer months.
Facility/Room Rental Fees:

Anderson Theater, 1s325 Ardmore
Ave, Oakbrook Terrace, 630-627-6100
The Anderson Theatre has a full stage,
with two dressing rooms, a lighting and PA booth and audience seating
for a maximum of 150. A lighting/PA booth technician can be hired for
an additional $20/hour. The theatre is not available for rental during
the summer months.
Theater Rental Fees
One Date $175
One Week $500 (a
“week” constitutes Wed through Sunday.)
