Mario Parente Theatre is a 150-seat theater. It has a full size stage that can accompany any number of events. The theatre has been rented out and used for concerts, shows and performances, plays and also movies with the aid of our 17 foot screen and LCD projector hooked up to our Bose sound system located in a projection booth. The theatre is located on the top floor of the Heritage Center but is handicapped accessible via an elevator. Loading into the theatre is easy thanks to elevated landscaping that brings a ramp and stairs right up to the back door of the stage.

Come take a cultural trip to Brazil with DeDe Sampio! In this show, you will explore, learn and understand many aspects of Brazilian history, geography, customs and music. In addition, a wide variety of Brazilian percussion instruments will be demonstrated and played. Audience members will also get a chance to participate in using hands-on percussion instruments!
